Spirit Squad
Spirit Squad Students participate in a cheerleading squad that performs at all school ceremonies, musical performance, concerts, and pep rallies. Spirit Squad members learn advanced choreography in Hip Hop and a variety of genre, a well as routine school spirit cheers. Members also have the opportunity to participate in district wide performances and parades.
dance Students learn ballet, flamenco, jazz, folk, and hip hop techniques from professional dance specialists. Our dance program features physical fitness, form, and positive self-image. Members perform at special school events such as the Spring Concert and Multicultural Week.

Howlers Choir Students learn range, tone, and voice techniques from a credential instructor. Our choir program emphasizes singing in diverse styles, including traditional American folk songs, musical theater, and multicultural chorals. Members perform at special school events such as the Spring Concert and school talent show.

stage workers and technicians (SWAT TEAM) These tech-ies learn to work with sound equipment system, and video production providing support to various rehearsal and performance.
FLAP (foreign language acquisition program) Students receive Chinese language and culture instruction from qualified language teachers. Our FLAP program encourages multicultural perspectives, with emphasis on Mandarin language acquisition, Chinese folk arts, and music appreciation.

no cost after school program Students attend our supervised after school enrichment program from 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. daily. They participate in rotations involving homework assistance, arts and crafts, physical fitness, music, and other extracurricular activities.
